Official Lee County Jail and Records Contact
For a current county-custody check or a Lee County booking-record request, begin with the office that operates the jail:
Lee County Sheriff’s Office and Lee County Jail15 East Chestnut Street
Marianna, AR 72360
Jail/sheriff directory line: 870-295-7775
County-official directory line: 870-295-7777
General county page: 870-295-7700
Fax: 870-295-7735
Hours: No booking-record counter hours are published; confirm by phone.
Published sources disagree on the main number: the Arkansas Sheriffs’ Association gives 870-295-7775, the Arkansas Judiciary county-official directory gives 870-295-7777, and the current county page shows 870-295-7700. Verify which line is active before relying on it. No separate records-unit number is published, so address a written request to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office records custodian and ask for referral if another agency controls the record.
Choose a route based on what you need:
- For a booking record or photograph, use the county arrest-record and records-request guidance.
- For a new booking, start with the Daily Arrest Report; Lee County has no verified county-hosted same-day feed, so that page explains the official fallback.
- For several days of arrest information or older records, see the Weekly Arrest Log.
- For custody changes or a release alert, use the VINELink Inmate Check.
- For a warrant question, contact the sheriff or issuing court and review the warrant section on the home page. Never approach a wanted person.
- For someone serving an Arkansas state sentence, use the Arkansas Department of Corrections Inmate Search.
- For federal or immigration custody, use the official Federal Bureau of Prisons locator or ICE Online Detainee Locator.
