Terms of Use

By browsing or using Lee County Recent Arrests, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

Lee County Recent Arrests is privately owned and unaffiliated with any government body, sheriff, jail, court, or corrections department. Neither this site nor its advertising partners offers credit, employment, insurance, housing, or tenant-screening services. We are not private investigators or a consumer reporting agency.

Nature of the Service

This private reference stores no official booking, jail, or court record. It cannot confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, or file a document with an agency.

Its purpose is to direct visitors to Lee County and Arkansas inmate, jail, court, and public-record resources, along with optional third-party research tools.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the site responsibly and only for lawful purposes. In particular, you must not:

  • Violate a local, state, or federal law
  • Use information to stalk, threaten, intimidate, or harass anyone
  • Rely on content for hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions
  • Attempt to enter accounts, servers, or systems without authorization
  • Operate automated bots, crawlers, or scraping tools against the site
  • Interfere with access, performance, or use by other visitors

No Consumer Reports or FCRA Use

This site is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It supplies no background check, credit report, or consumer report, and neither it nor its advertising partners provides a screening service. You agree not to use site content for:

  • Hiring, retention, promotion, or termination decisions
  • Rental, tenant, or other housing screening
  • Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing
  • Licensing, permits, or eligibility for a government benefit
  • Any other decision regulated by the FCRA

External Destinations

Links may point to sheriff and corrections pages, jail resources, government portals, legal-aid information, and third-party search services. A link is not an endorsement. We do not control an outside site’s content, privacy practices, availability, or data handling, and you should review its terms before using it.

Service Provided “As Is”

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site and its content are offered “as is” and without warranties. We do not promise:

  • That information is accurate, complete, or current
  • Continuous or uninterrupted availability
  • Freedom from errors, defects, or security vulnerabilities
  • Complete or comprehensive results from a partner search

Public records and custody status can change quickly. Nothing here is an official statement by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, Lee County Jail, Arkansas Department of Corrections, or another agency.
