Information You Submit
Terms Entered in Search Tools
When you enter a name, place, or other query into an embedded search tool, the query is sent directly to the third-party company operating that service. Lee County Recent Arrests does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems.
Correspondence
If you send an email or contact message, we retain the information needed to read and answer it. The message is not shared beyond our organization unless disclosure is legally required.
Technical Data Collected During a Visit
Routine logs and measurement tools may record basic details when a page loads, including:
- Your Internet Protocol address
- Browser name and version
- Device category and operating system
- Pages viewed and time spent on them
- The referring website, when available
- Date and time stamps
Browser Cookies
Cookies help measure how visitors use the site. You may block them through browser controls, although parts of the site may then work differently.
Purposes for Using Data
Collected information may be used for the following operational purposes:
- Operating the site and maintaining reasonable performance
- Sending a search request to the selected partner service
- Understanding which resources visitors find useful
- Diagnosing and correcting technical problems
- Displaying advertising that may reflect visitor interests
Other Websites and Advertising
Links may lead to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, jail and booking resources, Arkansas corrections pages, government portals, or outside search providers. Once you leave this site, the destination’s privacy policy applies.
Advertising companies may use their own systems to recognize activity across multiple websites and select interest-based advertising. That tracking occurs through the partner’s technology rather than a Lee County government system or record.
Parties That May Receive Information
We do not sell personal information. Data may nevertheless be handled by:
- Search partners that process submitted queries
- Analytics vendors that measure site activity
- Advertising networks that deliver advertisements
- Law-enforcement or other government authorities acting under a valid legal order
Reasonable Security, Not a Guarantee
We use standard safeguards appropriate to an informational website. No internet service, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so we cannot promise protection against every breach.
Visitors Younger Than 18
This site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. A parent or guardian who believes a minor submitted information may contact us and request its deletion.

Subject to applicable law and our ability to verify a request, you may:
- Ask for a copy of personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information
