Check Lee County VINELink

A VINELink Lee County custody check tracks one person after an arrest, from booking through release or transfer. Arkansas VINE supplies the data. The public search runs through VINELink. It covers county jails and state corrections across Arkansas, so a Lee County inmate in either system can be followed online or by phone. It is not a mugshot gallery. It is not a full arrest archive either. A fresh booking can take time to reach the custody system, and federal detention follows a separate path. Results show custody status only.

Lee County VINELink Coverage

Arkansas runs its notification program through the Department of Corrections and the Arkansas Crime Information Center. Arkansas VINE is that statewide service. County-jail custody, Arkansas Division of Correction custody, probation, parole, post-release supervision, and certain court information all fall under it. The public search side is VINELink, reachable at VINELink. The state phone number is 1-800-510-0415. Pick Lee County inside the Arkansas workflow. The sheriff's page carries no separate Lee County SAVIN brand, participation code, or local portal. Statewide wording supports county-jail coverage. It cannot promise when a specific Lee County intake will upload. If a search stalls, call Lee County Jail and ask whether the person is being processed, held, released, or transferred. The VINELink source displays the entry screen.

Search Lee County VINELink Records

Enter enough identifying detail to separate similar names. Search results depend on the record type the state has received. A county-custody hit, a DOC record, a supervision entry, and a court event can each show different fields. One name alone is rarely enough.

  1. Open VINELink and choose Arkansas.
  2. Select the Lee County or county-jail path when that choice appears.
  3. Search by name or a booking or offender number when available. The phone service can also accept a case number, ADC number, or supervision PID number.
  4. Compare the date of birth, identifier, location, and status before treating a match as the right person.
  5. Open the record and follow its registration prompt if release or transfer notice is needed.

Several matches may come back. Never trust the name alone. Check the identifier and birth details before drawing any conclusion. A miss can mean intake is still incomplete, an alias was used, another agency holds the person, or a release happened before the check.

Lee County VINELink Result Fields

Fields vary with the record type. The service displays only what was supplied for that record. A county-jail result differs from an Arkansas DOC offender profile. It also differs from a court docket.

Possible fieldMeaning and limit
Name and offender numberIdentify the record but still require match verification.
Date of birthHelps distinguish people with the same or similar name.
Custody statusMay indicate current custody, release, or another status supplied by the agency.
LocationNames the reported jail or correctional setting, subject to transfer updates.
Scheduled release dateAppears only when supplied and may change.
Parole eligibilityRelates to a DOC or supervision record, not a new county booking.
Court eventMay give event type, date, time, or place but is not a complete docket.

VINELink is not a booking-photo service. Lee County posts no online photo policy. For a booking photograph, ask the sheriff's records custodian. The office can say whether one exists and is releasable.

Register Lee County Custody Alerts

Find a matching record first. Registration starts there. Arkansas materials describe anonymous sign-up with notifications by phone or email. Give a reachable number with the area code, pick a four-digit PIN, and use that PIN to confirm notices. One PIN can cover several registrations.

  1. Select the notification or registration option on the matching record, or call 1-800-510-0415.
  2. Choose a phone number or email address that can be checked often.
  3. Create and securely note the four-digit PIN for phone confirmation.
  4. Select the available event notices that fit the record.
  5. Keep the jail and emergency contacts available because VINE is not an emergency service.

Notices can cover general release, bond release, release by court order, transfer, escape, death, furlough, parole or post-release events, upcoming court events, and case disposition where the data exists. Not every record offers every option. Think of notification as a safeguard. It is not a promise that every agency event reaches you at once.

Immediate danger: Call 911. VINE information and automated notice do not replace emergency services or a personal safety plan.

Arkansas VINE Update Timing

Arkansas publishes the transfer schedules. County-jail data moves every 15 minutes, around the clock. DOC data moves hourly. Court records and probation, parole, or post-release information move once a day. Those schedules start only after source data exists. No cycle guarantees a Lee County booking. A person can be arrested before the jail creates the record. Medical screening, fingerprints, and intake work may come first. Phone notices may repeat until confirmed, the state says, and transfer notice can lag the transfer itself. Someone may also post bond and leave, so a current result can differ from the retained booking sheet. The Lee County Sheriff page is the direct agency fallback when a result is missing or delayed.

Lee County Custody Paths Compared

Match the search to the person's stage. Lee County Jail and VINE come first for a recent county booking. Arkansas DOC applies once state custody exists. Federal systems handle federal or immigration detention.

VINELink Federal Custody Limits

Arkansas VINE does not cover every federal detainee. The Federal Bureau of Prisons inmate locator searches federal inmates from 1982 forward. A newly arrested federal defendant may still sit in U.S. Marshals custody. That person may not appear in BOP yet. BOP offers no public booking-photo gallery. Immigration detention runs through the ICE Online Detainee Locator. That tool needs an exact A-number plus country of birth, or an exact name with country and date of birth. It covers people in ICE custody and certain CBP custody beyond the stated period. It does not search anyone under 18. Use the federal interface only when the custody authority is federal, since it sits apart from Lee County's ordinary arrest path.

Verify a Lee County Arrest

A VINE search that comes back empty does not mean nothing happened. Processing can lag, and another agency may hold the person. Call Lee County Jail at 870-295-7775. Or use the sheriff line listed in the court directory, 870-295-7777. Give the full name. Add a date of birth if you have it. The arresting agency and the arrest time help too. Ask whether booking is still pending or whether another office has custody.

Want the arrest on paper? Send an Arkansas FOIA request to the Lee County Sheriff's Office records custodian. Mail it to 15 East Chestnut Street, Marianna, AR 72360. Request the booking sheet, the jail-log entry, and any release or bond record. A booking photo may be released as well. The Daily Arrest Report walks through that same-day verification chain. It also notes that VINE is not a county booking feed. For the filed case and its outcome, search ARCourts or contact the Lee County clerk.

Note: Keep your VINE registration active until the relevant custody event is confirmed directly through official channels. Update contact details when they change. Lee County arrest alerts depend on it. Otherwise notices may not arrive.
